Ahoi people!

So I think a little update is in order. Tomorrow it’s exactly 7 weeks since I received the bone breaking, ligament tearing, limb dislocating injury on my ankle. I’m glad to say though, that I’m off the crutches and walking on my very own two feet for about 1,5 weeks now. I’ve been doing swimming sessions, lifting weights (upper body) and doing psychotherapeutic exercises on the ankle/leg.

I feel quite happy now that I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. My return to the mat I hope happens in a couple of weeks. There is not a set date, it goes by the feel. Wrestling will have to wait longer though. I’ve started teaching classes again and I also just did a seminar in Scotland. I loved it, it was great being back there and I cant wait to for the next time.

This bodes well for you all who have been waiting for me to update the blog. I left off in a very interesting moment as the I was almost ready to release the Guard Passing video. That will be my first new post.

Nice to hear! Must be a relief to know that recovery is working fine;)!

I really worked on the posture that u posted last, it will be intresting too se what the passes may be! For myself a couple of passes appeared from it self when working the right posture, like smashing the legs and a knee slide pass. This is like the thing i do know from top :)

Glad to hear the Posture is working out good! Smashing and knee slide (i call it knee cross) are amongst the top passes to do!
I cant give an exact date yet for the video though. Health wise I’m basicly ready to film it but I dont have a camera yet. I was planning on getting a new one, but It might stay on hold for a little while since I’m in a bit of a financial mix.
